This interactive and engaging webinar is for managers who are managing teams remotely. This session has been informed by the last year and we will be sharing good practice and lessons learnt in keeping teams engaged, focused on priorities and well when working in different ways.
You may have been using technology to support remote working for a long time but it may be a new prospect for managers to lead teams who are now largely or fully working remotely. In this session we will focus on: the key principles of remote working, the challenges, benefits, and leadership traits of a remote manager, how to support individuals who have different or additional needs related to equalities or wellbeing, and how to best use the technology available so that you can make remote working a success.
This interactive and engaging webinar will be facilitated by Deb Parsons, Emma Ford and Alex Hagues
Once you have requested a place on this webinar, you will be sent an MS Teams appointment with further information.
There is no formal pre-course work. However managers are encouraged to come to the session having thought about a challenge, conundrum or situation relevant to their team’s remote / hybrid working, that they would like to explore
We embrace diversity and want to ensure that our sessions are fully inclusive for all. Please let us know any requirements or needs you have in relation to age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation or caring responsibilities that may be relevant to your participation in the session.
